Nepal, a Garland

Nepal, a small country proves that itself to be a beautiful garden where colourful ethnic flowers bloom together in harmony, peace and co-operation. The ethnic groups living here possess their own distinct identities and social life. In spite of the legislation made by the government though different constitutional provisions all people are not equally brought  into the main stream of state affair, some are still isolated to some extent. Routes are still living preliminary life. They are a comedic ethnic group officially recognized by the government of Nepal.

They have been sustaining their unique cultural identities for year. They have small size of population living. In small settlements in the forests of Western Nepal. Their language is currently classified as Tibbeto Burman.

They are special products of the Routes which only these nomadic tribal people can manufacture. They don't use any kind of modern tools but only apply the traditional instruments like long and short handled axes, large and small adzes, and long chisel as the primary tools in order to make the manufactured goods.

Introduction and Importance of Business

Business is rational act of investing money in any project for profit. In other words business it engagement of people in some kind of economic activity with the objective of earning more money. We can see many people doing business around us. Shop, factory, department store, farming etc. One some common example of business around us. Business also involves the trading of goods and services. Profit in business is also termed as margin. Business helps us to earn foreign currency. Whole world is moving towards business orientation now a days.

The owner of the business is called businessman . Society with more businessmen is developed more than society with less businessmen. Business also increase the ownership position of individual and the country as a whole.

Good morning respected teaches, brothers, sisters and my dear friends.

My name is Abishek Tamang from Grade V. I feel very happy to have an opportunity. Today  am feeling very happy to get a chance to give a short speech about school. School is temple of knowledge.School is where people learn and study. Without school we will never be able to write even a word. Education is a process in which and by which the knowledge, character and behavior of the young people are shaped.School is the first place where a child comes in contact with other children under the guidance of the trained teachers. School helps to become stable in life.

Democracy

Democracy has party system. It can be successful only when people understand the responsibilities given to them. They must think of not only their rights but also of those of others. They should perform their own duties. They must obey the laws of the land.Democracy cannot be successful if the people are not educated.They can use their votes properly and choose the good person of the good parties. For these reasons, Winston Churchil says that "Democracy is the government of the fools."

Importance of Education 

Education is the act of learning. It makes a responsive to change. Only change can bring progress. Therefore, education is very necessary.

            To be educated means to be able to lead a trained life. By learning ,a person can have knowledge of many things. From the knowledge we can develop ourselves and can also help to develop our families, society and country. It makes us realize why change is necessary for development. Besides, people become scholars and scientists by means of education.

The first place where we begin to get education is our home, from our parents, brothers and sisters. Later on, we learn many things in school. Afterwards in colleges, we study a subject of our choice. In this way we become an educated people.

Education plays a vital role in in the overall development of mankind. It makes scholars and technicians who can serve for the country's development.

Education can also be said to be our internal eyes. If external eyes helps man to work, walk and do various activities, internal eyes help him to think deeply and to separate right from wrong. So it will not be wrong to say that a person is blind without education. Although he will have external eyes but without internal eyes he/she will lack insight to be able to work accurately.

Education is a wealth of a man. It cannot be robbed or lost. It is therefore we are accurate to say that education is an important factor of development of a man, his family, a society and a country.

Struggle is a key of Success

Life is full of twists and turns. Everyone has to struggle here in. this world to overcome every obstacle in the way to success. For this hard work is necessary. Without working hard and just by sitting idle it will be hard for one to get success. Today's world is a competitive world. Everyone here wants to be famous and want successful in life due to  hard work. Let's consider the people who win gold medals in Olympic Games. Nobel Prize in different fields of knowledge. It is only because of hard work. Luck has nothing to do with it. Saying that I am a lucky person success automatically comes then these are the only words of saying, reality is different.

There is a well known proverb-"No pain, No gain."

Hard work never goews wasted. Although it may be later or sooner success comes to your feet. We can have take an example of some great people like Mahatma Gandhi, Shakespeare, Albert Einstein, Newton they all had struggled hard throughout their life. But what is success? Success may be described as the realization of an aim and for the realization of any aim hard work is essential. Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. Behind every human effort lies a hope for success. So keen is his desire for success that he fails to see any value in failures. They provide us an opportunity to realize our shortcomings so that we can constantly strive to improve ourselves. Since from childhood and till now I always remember the sentences that my brother used to tell me that "To be a better person in life and to get success you have to work hard, the result of the hard work is always fruitful, so you have to work hard."

So, at last I would like to say that, "Struggle is the key of Success."

   Child Right

Children are the future citizen of a country. They should be allowed to live, get enough opportunity to develop human values, write, read , health service and security.

Child right includes proper care, appropriate education, right to information and health, respect to opinion etc. Protection from the risk, entertainment, end of exploitation, equal and fair behavior also come under the child right. Family, school, community and the state should pay attention in this regard and carry out the duty and liability accordingly.

                                             Importance of Language English

Nowadays, English is spoken as the first language by over 450 million people people in nearly a dozen countries. It it an International language of business, diplomacy, education, Science & technology. Almost all the countries of the world has adopted English as international language.There English language is very important to study English.

Having know the importance of studying English, almost all countries have included it in school and colleges. If we want to share our feelings to larger number of people it is very necessary that we know English. English is widely used in the offices which deal in foreign affairs.  English has a rich literature. Many important and good books are written in English.

It is a medium of international communication. One can only deliver his/her messages widely if he uses English as a medium of language.

At last I want to say that , English is serving as in international language almost through out the world. It is therefore, there is a great importance in studying English today. So to get higher education or to go to abroad & to have link with any foreign people we need to know English Language.
